Shipping & returns

Order Fulfillment:
We will contact you if any purchase item from your order is found to be unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy. When you submit an order through our e-comm store, your credit card is pre-authorized for the total order cost (including applicable taxes). Prior to processing your order, Ride Away Bikes will only charge the amount that reflects the total cost of the available product(s) and applicable taxes. Out of stock order items that are cancelled will not be included in the final charge to your card. All online orders over $500 not being picked up in store, the ship to address must match the billing address*. We reserve the right to cancel any online orders due to suspicious activity or for any other security reasons.

 

Returns and Refunds

Parts, Accessories, and Clothing – We offer a 30 day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it to our 6 Osler Street store (either in person or shipped using a track-able shipping service of your choice) for a refund. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it in, along with the original packaging and the receipt. Items returned without the original packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

Bicycles can be returned within 30 days if in new and unused condition. When you pick up your bike we will review it with you and make sure it meets your expectations.

Bikes that have been accessorized are subject to a 20% restocking fee on each accessory that is being returned.
